Replacing my fuel module/ lines on a 95 Dakota.
Napa/O'Reillys only sells precut lengths at $35 apiece with straight coupler. I just need a few 12" pieces without the coupler.
I want to custom make a fuel line with a 90° coupler.

Thats certainly what I need. But theyre not showing hose diameter.
I need 5/16".
Its common in 3/8" as well.

Bee are there any Parker-Hannifan hydraulic places close to you? They make up custom hoses(semi's, farm equipment). Sometimes you gotta think a little outside the box.

Outside chance it could be a metric size also.(?)

No it's 5/16"
I'm not sure of the Parker-Hannifan locations.
I only need about 24" to go from the fuel module to the hard line on the frame. I think I will just splice a few prices together.
Funny how an easy task becomes a PITA because of one little part. I could use rubber but I don't want to remove the damn tank again in 6 months because the rubber didn't hold up to the ethanol. This nylon is really durable stuff. The price I'm replacing us original to the truck.

I just ordered a 10' coil.
For some reason I'm obsessed with doing this thing right.
May need to use the 4 wheeler to move my truck from the hoist so I can get another vehicle on. The part won't be in until Tuesday.
pissed me off that Napa & O'Reillys aren't capable of getting nylon fuel line. That stuff is much better than rubber.

I feel ur pain, I just mentioned metric because so much crap on newer vehicles is real close(but not) to 'merican inches and you find out when torn apart & the wrong size in ur hand!

A had a 92 Chevy Z71 5.7L
Everything was a perfect combination of metric/sae
3/8" or 10mm
Nearly impossible to tell the difference until it's too late. Problem is putting everything back. Let's just say there were several heli-bools with 3/8" bolts in places. Like the intake/transmission crossmember/power steering

Yeah but some of those "perfect" combinations aren't always the same,LOL!
