Where to get: Proper bolts/nuts to mount seats to floor pan?

I removed my seats to heat/sound insulate the floor pans and the bolts/nuts are in pretty rough shape..
I see that Year one sells the nuts for $30 (for 8) YIKES! But no bolts.

I definitely need 8 of the right grade bolts (so my seats stay put) and nuts with washers attached... Anyone know where to get these? Or any recommendations for stainless replacements that won't corrode?
