Whitney Houston Dead!!!!

My son and I were lamenting our lack of W.H. memorabilia last night. Not because either of us are fans, but because we could probably make enough selling it ion eBay over the next week to screw together a nice stroker for the Cordoba.
Then he suggested we start buying up Cher and Madonna junk. Man, hes a smart kid...I wonder where he gets THAT from?

I just love how the media honors has been junkie.

Of course her family going to play the Blame Game and make excuses why she ended up the way she did.

At least some get their act together and carry on their career and to ripe old age
(Johnny Cash, Ray Charles)

its amazing how the media frenzy surrounds entertainers gone bad and how tragic it is when the people who have turned their lives around go unnoticed and the families of wartime loss cant get any respect or sympathy. it is really disturbing to me that the drug addicted thieving entertainers get all the attention and next of kin act like they never saw it coming and make sick excuses for them and leave out fine details like they never really had a problem. these people that have had horrible drug infested lifestyles chose their paths and are certianly aware of the damage and hurt it can inflict on those around them, and still dont give a sh*t enough to do anything about it, and only care about themselves. there..im done lol ..moving on...

Unfortunately (for her, I guess), Whitney was too old to die young. It seems that some people are just destined to flame-out at a premature age, and if they manage to cheat death in their youth, well....look at what happened to the Kennedy legacy. Anybody see what happened to Marlon Brando in his last 30 or so years. I loved John Wayne, but seeing him on stage at the Oscars that last time was enough to make a man cry. Did anyone want to see a doddering 80 yr old Marilyn Monroe or James Dean? Joplin, Cobain, the Kennedy bros, Morrison....fate did their legends a HUGE favor by taking them before they got old and went to seed.
Kind of ironic that Roger "hope I die before I get old" Daltry is still with us.
I dont really mean to sound flippant in regards to other people's lives, their's are no less (or more) important than any other human being on the planet. Its just an observation.
