Is this the Owl?
Yep.
Only time I've been in DC, wife and I on vacation, solely...to go see THAT airplane. Met a buddy, who wanted to see it, too, at Silver Hill. Did not know it, but the week we were there, was the last week of tours, before they closed down Silver Hill.
While on the tour, guide figured out real quick, main reason we were even there, was to see the 219! Went through most of the buildings, and near the end of the tour, guide told us to 'hang loose', while everyone left. Told us nuts, he was gonna give us a special look.
The 219 was in the shop, being worked on, where he took us. It was just the fuselage on a cradle, real easy to look it over, including the cockpit. Had one of the fuel cells (rubber) sitting beside it. Dang thing looked new. Commented on it. One guy was working on the plane, found out I was a round motor mechanic, got all excited, and asked me if I wanted to go to work!
Dream job! But, told him no...wrong side of the Mississippi.

Back in the day....
A 1972 video by Boeing, showing the 737 landing on grass. That runway in Hope, B.C. is 4200 feet. Looks like the pilot used all of it on takeoff.

And you can bet the gross weight was minimal.
