That is what Edwards AFB does, Flight Test of Advanced Projects.
Anyway, the Hypersonic Vehicle is rumored to fly
above Mach 25, which is
18, 525 mph...this vehicle flys above that!
My best assumption is it will be a weapon on-board the New B-21
Note: It is Nuclear capable (the Hypersonic Vehicle/Missile)
