As opposed to the supreme runaround I am getting right now from Air Canada (Air Incompetent?) trying to get home from Edmonton.Such a graceful looking airplane. From a time when people flew in luxury.
If you EVER see me at an airport, it's not me!As opposed to the supreme runaround I am getting right now from Air Canada (Air Incompetent?) trying to get home from Edmonton.
I am a pilot, so I really hate what commercial aviation has degenerated to.If you EVER see me at an airport, it's not me!
I'm sure there were great leaps and bounds between 1950 and 1960 too, but at least it looked like you were getting a newer airplane every few years.Going from four engines to 2 engines, achieving ETOPS was no small feat.
Supercritical wing sections were challenging too.
Leaps and bounds in material sciences too.
etc.
