Found this site that uses their own retreading molds from the 60s, awesome looking tires and the prices are very reasonable, much less than Hurst, and quite frankly I like the look of these better. I don't know... I have never heard any good things about re-caps. I used Coker Tire 23 years ago, and they even have more stuff now. If I could have gotten my Redline tires in radial back then.........:hello2:

You get what you pay for, and I didn't like some of the pics of the tire treads on the Towel City website.
 
I have had a set of Towel City's Cheater slicks for a couple years now. They have held up just fine for the limited mileage I have put on them. They seem very high quality to me for recaps.
