I bought the Ron Francis kit with the iStart setup and I am going to start wiring it tomorrow after work. I bought a huge weather pack connector kit off ebay as well so I am going to be a busy mofo for a while. I got tired of chasing gremlins with 50 year old wiring and decided it was time to bring the car into this century in wiring. This gives me the chance to get completely ready while I wait for the EFI. I bought their deluxe ground kit as well. I am debating changing out the headlights for HID's too. If I am going to be a bear, be a grizzley right? Anyone done HID's on their old mopar?

Get ready to grind on the headlights, the back of them to let them fit in the headlight buckets....not a big deal, just gotta do it! Somebody on here did a conversion, and they got very specific on the wiring/specs. Do a search and you should find it.

had a couple freinds do the hid thing and both of them hated it.one said it was too bright and everyone flashed him all the time.the other had fits with the balasts burning out.i just rewired my 67 from scratch,no kit used, all by hand.time consuming to say the least.all worth it in the end.

Propwash has a whole write-up on the head conversion he did

Best of luck with it !

Subscribed X4! About to start my car in the next couple weeks with the fuse box/wiring harness from EZ Wiring

I went with both the dash and headlight forward harnesses from year one. Money well spent. Plugged it all in and and was done in a few hours actually.

That's the one!!

The only things I would recommend would be to use a main power feed through the bulkhead, for 10 or 8 gauge in the car and use the weather pack firewall connection. On sister-in-laws Barracuda I did the weather pack on the firewall, but not the main power feed.

well I finished the removal of the old wiring today. I found a place to mount the new fuse panel. I started to wire some of the stuff but lost interest tonight. Hopefully tomorrow is productive

What year/model car do you have and what location did you pick for the new fuse box?

64 Polara. It's on the firewall left of the steering column
