Whole car rewire starting tomorrow

I rewired my whole car with an aftermarket harness, fuse box is in the glove box "screw laying on the floor". All motor compartment wires come threw the firewall hidden below the intake and front end wiring is ran threw liquid tight conduit under the driver side fender. No more messy Mopar wiring to be seen and the firewall is all smoothed out. Take the opportunity to make changes that are more to your liking as for headlights I've decided to go with Halogen "I don't want anything brighter than that".

Now your gonna make his head so big, he won't be able to get in the car, lol!!

Wait till you see next weeks project

Let me guess.....fuzzy dice?

I will be re-wiring my Bee not to far into the future. I have heard these after market kits are fairly simple & self explanatory, any opinions? Yes I'm scared to start!!!

Fairly straight forward. Could be simple in stock harness locations or crazy complex like in mine

Back to work on the rewire tonight. Efi ships today. Hopefully I'll be ready for it

So today I got the turn signals and parking lights wired. The brake lights are done. Alternator is wired, starter wired, starter relay wired, and a hot spot on the firewall. I am making a fair bit of progress now.

In the final stretch. The switches all showed up today and with the exception of the hazard switch I still need to wire up, the are all wired and done.

Here are a few pics

Push button start with keyless entry and the hazard switch. Still need to find a home for the wiper switch. But I have very very little left at this point. Which is good because the efi shows up tomorrow.

Any Updates? I've been watching this from the beginning. Good job.

I have the headlight harness to do still. I am doing an EFI install at the same time. I am having some trouble with the Istart and I will have to call Ron Francis tomorrow. Maybe I wired something wrong, maybe I have a bad unit. The car turns over and everything thing else seems to work as expected. The Ron Francis kit is extremely nice, but it is not as straight forward as they make it seem. Their "MOPAR" wiring and colors is really a waste of time if you are doing a whole car re-wire. Honestly, I would spend half the money and put a rebel harness in the car if I had it to do over again. It would have probably been easier than even worrying about what the original colors were.

No worries, persistence will pay off and it will be running in no time. Looks good and I know what your talking about (I used a universal) but mine wasn't color coded it had everything printed right on the wire, high beams, ign coil, right blinker etc.

Shes alive. I still have a bunch to do, but shes running and driving
