yep that's Rich in the center in the Black shirt, standing by Lou {bald guy with the goatee} from the Spike TV's - Muscle Car show host.... Rich is really nice & very knowledgeable guy, I had a great long talk with him, he's also a long time die hard, multiple Wally winning, drag racer too....
