The above picture came from the Petty Museum website. Presented here for illustration purposes, but signatures not shown.

A fine looking machine. I need one to park next to my 2nd gen Charger.

I grew up in a Pontiac family during the 1950's and 1960's. This may explain why I like 1971-1974 Chargers. However, it doesn't explain why I've always liked Mopars.

I bought my wife a Chevy S-10 Blazer for Valentine's Day in 1985. That's it for me. Never owned a Ford. Lol

Remember where the term belly button came from. Sorry folks, not everybody likes your car and you damn sure don't have to like theirs!

But you don't have to crap on another persons car, as was so well stated earlier.

Sad that I have to point it out, but if everybody had second gens you would all be disappointed because you would just be normal.

Smashing Pumpkins' 1972 Charger. Looks good from above too!

The crapping on second gens started at the very beginning of the thread. I own many of both second and third gens! Most of the posts I made are kidding, which was also stated earlier. I know when I grew up every red blooded American male I knew was in front of the television every Friday night at 9.00 pm dreaming they were driving the orange 69 Charger that was flying across the television screen! The rest is history!

I knew a kid in high school who had a 72 Charger that looked just like that car. One night after it rained he decided to go turf this other kids lawn he didn't like. He didn't realize how muddy it was after it rained. after doing several doughnuts ripping up the front lawn of this kids family home, the car got stuck and they could not get it out! Needless to say the cops showed up,and the kid had to sell the Charger and get a job to pay to have their lawn replaced!

I aimed my post at no particular member. It is going both ways. You all suck equally. :)
An equal opportunity sucka! Lol It's like arguing over what Champagne is better! I prefer the Champagne of beers!
