Why is Mancini Racing Closed!

Ordered parts from Mancini Racing over a week ago. My order has been sitting untouched ever since and I have not been contacted by them. They have not responded to my emails and when I call them during their business hours, all I get is a recording stating they are closed and no other information. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Strange how a couple of other guys received emails from them and they won’t respond to my inquiries. Wish the phone recording would have explained it or one of those automatic email responses

My history with them is they're the worst at shipping notices or acknowledging email. I only buy from them, when no other place has what I need. That said, they are all away at Indy..

I'm canceling the order I placed with them yesterday. I'll take my sandwich bag of money elsewhere. I'll do without before I buy from them again. Do they think their too good to communicate?

I was just there Monday with my neighbor to pick up some valve covers. They are suppose to be closed this weekend due to the Indy Show. They could at least reply to the emails some of you have sent, its only good business sense.

Wouldn’t hurt them to say have an automatic email response or voice message saying they are temporarily closed and will be returning by a certain date. Not special and have been patient. Not cool to leave customers hanging without any information regarding a delay
