Poor girl can't even afford a belt.

Now if they look like that & can pull it off (the look)
I'm all for it
I grew up with 5 sisters, 2 older & 3 younger,
that grew up in the later 60s (when they found style) & early to mid 70s
when they came of age, you know what that style was,
borderline hippies ****, rags or shirts tied around the waist, tube tops,
halter tops, corduroys/bellbottoms, or hip huggers wide belts, shirts showing belly buttons
occasionally holes (from hand-me-downs) in big ol' dungarees jeans/bellbottom jeans
I was around that crap a lot,
if you have the build, slim or shapely
& not a fat ***
& can pull it off, a few slits in a pair of jeans is no big deal
but when it got to the point 'they tear', my mom would draw the line at that point
they got trashed
I was in that same boat, my kid isn't going out looking like trash, period
I raised 4 girls, mostly on my own after the oldest was 11y/o
it's hard to put any of them in one style, they were well developed
& could wear most anything, their mom Lisa, was a lot like the girl above
but she was a tight denim jeans girl, roper boots, nice western top, wide belt & big buckle
Barrel Racer/Reiner roper, she looked hot as hell as a cowgirl
& could pull off the summer flower dress
or lil' sexy black dress too, with the 4" pumps
the girls wanted to be more stylish, sort of their own style
that stuff is expensive I may add, but once they got a bunch of holes,
they can't wear them
gotta' draw the line somewhere, raised them right/well,
not to be 'too slutty', not give away the goods too early, make the guy work for it a lil'
at a min.
