worn fuel pump push rod

off it runs for about 5 minutes,then I give it gas,cuts out.maybe I should check sending unit.clogged sock.but gas comes out the jets but not rapid,like medium flow,it should come out hard spray right?

That cutoff seemed to abrupt to be fuel.

If the engine cutoff you're talking about is shown at the end of the video, it seems too abrupt a cutoff to be starved for fuel. I'm putting my money on electrical.
 
correct me if I'm wrong ,but the service manual says the fast idle cam should be at the second cam step.how's this look.its on the first cam step.

You should check the reluctor gap while you're in there.
Non metallic feeler gauge 0.006"
 
Fixed ,the negative coil wire was on one thread of wire literally,,also put in new starter relay.and new plugs,and wires,,,plugs we're put in last month,and I noticed a tear in number 7 cylinder wire,Ehen I bent it you could see the insulation,so it really wasn't getting current I want thank this forum and the good men and women who make it possible.
