I've eaten 54 year old pie on numerous occasions, so 20 year old mac and cheese should still be good as well !

Sure why not? Korean War rations during late Vietnam War. Anything is better than - ‘ham & m—f——‘ (Lima beans). Couldn’t give them away!!
