HI, I have a 67 Coronet with power assisted drum brakes. I and putting a Wilwood disc front on. Can someone recommend which booster and master cylinder i Use.
When converting to disk brakes on a 66-70 b-body I always use master cyl A1 Cardone 10-1404. For a power brake booster I use a Bendix Dual Diaphragm which came on 67-69 b-bodies and c-body. The b-body piece is getting hard to find but you can still find the c-body. The c-body booster has a longer rod but Prior brakes in Tx can modify the rod and rebuild the booster. I'm sure there are aftermarket boosters available but I like the oem look.
Thanks for your reply, I have found a Bendix Dual Diaphragm booster and I have a Dorman M75818 master cylinder I will use. Can you tell me if the Dorman is the same or similar to the Cardone 10-1404? Thanks again. Leigh
