If you remember a couple of weeks ago I posted pic's of us getting stuck and ripping the brush guard off the Dodge, well my buddy got this one last Saturday opening day. He has all the luck! I have not seen any big racks around our hunting land for several years.

May be my luck will change LOL.

I took this one on Oct 17th with the Muzzle Loader. Only 9 pts. and about 140lbs. I'm gonna send the last picture to them ISIS Maggots in the Middle East.

Back up to da top again.1 week till our traditional 9 day gun season.Did have some luck with the bow this year.It was taken the 1st weekend in October.

It is a sad day for my wife And I. Especially seeing this pic. This pic is of my hunting buddy Karl, for close to 20 years. He passed away Wednesday. Fought for 7 months but leukemia got him. You know what? I think I have had enough of hunting for my lifetime. Good luck to all that are still out there pounding the great outdoors. Stay Safe! Larry

I'm not use to saying that to men...LOL

We have a nice herd that walks by my office window "almost" every day...

I think I may have got spoiled when I lived in Alaska,
It's pretty good around here too, BUT it's just not the same feeling/experiances...
I really enjoyed hunting, I really don't do much of it anymore...
I really loved the game/hunt & the meat, I wasn't really ever a trophy hunter...

My buddy sent me this he was out hunting and his camera caught this he was pissed I guess he saw this guy earlier in the day but couldn't get a shot off was hoping to get him the next day and some thing beat him to it oh well I told him to shoot the cat that would be an interesting wall hanger with the deer head then the cats head eating the deer head.
