Can someone tell me what steering wheel I have installed in my 64 Polara?

1970 (only) bottom feeder wheel. Found on countless Road Runners, Dusters, and Darts that year. I have several of them out in the garage - including two that are that exact green version that you have.

Can not find anything when google „bottom feeder“. Is there another name for it?

Sorry, slang term for the lowest trim level. This is the base or standard wheel for that year for several models. I'm not aware of another official name for it.

Why do you need to google it anyway? It's not correct or original for your car.

Please note that that particular picture has the '69 horn button though... The sales brochures were not always accurate back then. Plenty of examples of that phenomenon demonstrated over the years.
