I have a 1966 Dodge Charger restoration project that I am financially unable to complete. The car was originally a 318 automatic car, and was originally from California. The bodywork and paint was professionally performed. The unibody was completely disassembled and media blasted down to bare metal. The body is extremely solid; the only metalwork needed was to replace the spare tire well in the trunk floor. All the floor pans, trunk floor, rockers, doors, quarters, fenders, hood and trunk are original sheet metal. Included with the car are many, many new, reproduction and original parts – many of them are VERY hard to find. If you have any questions about what IS or ISN’T included, please ask. I have hundreds of pictures, if there is anything in particular you want to see – please ask. If I don’t already have a photo, I will take one for you. This car has been my passion for many years, and I hate to sell it. Due to financial hardship, it is time for someone else to own this beautiful car and see it through to completion. Of course, if you just want it for parts – that is your call. I can’t bear to part it out myself!
If I could get $6K for the whole lot, I would probably go for it. If not, I may wait until summer and part it out - NOT my first choice! (I think if I were to part it out, there are probably $7-10K worth of parts alone if someone were willing to go that route.)
The car is a roller, and can be trailered. You will want to plan for many boxes of carefully stored parts, as well as glass.
