Looking at a couple chargers, the 70 is complete with a 440 4 speed(318 original but very rusty, the 68 is a solider car but missing most of the interior,318 car also comes with 2 68 charger grilles and taillights trim, both have titles I know there are a lot of crazy prices for the 68-70 chargers what’s a realistic price for these

This will come across as rude put those pictures are terrible. Someone took them in the right Landscape mode but on a computer, they have black segments above and below making the picture itself look small. It is difficult to assess anything based on such bad pictures.
Any car is restorable, the question is do you care about the amount you'll have to spend to get there?
A rusty car that is not a rare model will almost always cost far more to restore than it will be worth when finished. Even 68-70 Chargers fit that description.
A no rust 68-70 that is running, driving and reasonably complete like this one:

....Often have been listed at prices starting at $20,000. If those two cars you're asking of are listed above $20,000 and do not run, move on. 1970 Charger fenders are not reproduced and good used ones are expensive.

If both are northern cars the 70 is toast from sitting on the ground/parts car. The 68 if solid could be restored but it would be cheaper in the long run to buy one almost done. Ask me how I know. KD is right on the 70 fenders STUPID MONEY. I got Blessed, this was in S Carolina and Im doing most of the work.

Sorry, but neither one is worth the time to part them out.

its not about how much they are worth......it's about how much it will take to make a functioning car out of that pile

Did you go look at them?

If the 68 is solid it will go for around 20. There was a guy in N Carolina the was just selling rollers/chargers and his prices were around 20-30 with all the metal done. Bare bone roller.

thanks, theres a guy in illinois that does the same thing, theres a couple 72 cudas that i will be getting also,
