Hello everybody... I just checked the offset and I have 2 inches tire to leaf spring and 2 inches to fender wall ! with P235/60/15 which are 9.2 wide and the P295/50/15 are 12.2 wide. which gives me 1 inch to spare...What do you all think?

Why don't you try 235/ 60/R15... That's what I'm running on my 69 GTX they look and fit great unless you're looking for a higher tire...Just my opinion.
The reason I was asking is because on my 70 Challenger R/T I was running P235X60X15s front and P295X50X15s rear with 4 to 4.5 Back space on Vintiques 7s Magnum 500s front and 8s 500s rear and yes 8 inch wheels will hold a 295 tire got that info on the Mickey Thompson website. If I need to put...

Today I received my 69 GTX and was checking her out and my questions is is it normal for the Alternator needle to move to
the charging position when pressing the gas paddle and than returning when off the gas ?
