You should install the IGLA to disable your car so it cannot be stolen. Pull out the fuel pump relay after you park the car. Remember to put it back in before you're ready to hit the road.

Check grounds. Almost always a ground or an issue with the socket. Or in your case make sure the Turn/Stop bulb is an 1157.
