From 71-73 while in service in the Bay Area I used to deliver TVs for Mathew’s TV on my days I wasn’t on duty. Each day of the week was a specific area. Used to love heading to Petaluma for that very reason. Always seemed to be neat stuff on the roads once evening set in.

Thanks for your reply! These are cast rings I’m pretty sure. I’d guessed the inner notch might be a top ring but then talked myself out of that assumption. The thing that still confuses me here is the notch on the outer circumference of the other rings.
