Have a buddy that went over a rise in the road doing 45 and scraped the pan on the other side of the rise. It was one of those deals where you wouldn't think it would happen. The scrape made the pan leak like one drip per second.....at least he was able to get it home.

Is this a street car or drag car. Down side for a street car with a deep pan is hitting something like a dip or road hump. Gotta be careful with them.

I know this is an older thread and don't know why I didn't respond to it even though I clicked on the the thumbs up.....but don't think I'd be comfortable with just 3 qts. I've had a couple of street cars with that low of capacity but it wasn't on purpose.

So far, just once. Mailed a package to NV and it went east from Texas (iirc to NY) then across the northern states before making it into NV. I'm guessing that was about a year ago or so.

There are no set rules on this because it's not something that happens very often and the rules are geared to automotive stuff and many times we will get with the site owner about something we don't know what to do with.

cigs? I took a couple from my mom's purse when I was 10 and dad found out. Dad, if it's so bad, why are you smoking!? And no, I don't smoke and never did except for cigars but even that didn't last long.
