    If you've got the 383 aircleaner, you could use the top part, put it over a drop base to get more underhood room, and get a 440 pie pan for it.....but you won't fool anybody who knows there was no such thing from the factory.

    I did the conversion on my 68 coronet. I chose the 518 over gear vendors because the final 4 gear ratio was better than the gear vendors and the 1-3 gear ratios were taller than the gear vendors.
