Anyone aware of a supplier for all of the connectors to redo a 1969 charger harness? Or even just a list of all connectors types? I can’t justify spending the $1200-1800 on a new complete harness and am fine making my own, as I’ve done for dune buggies.

I never had one made before, so I don’t know if it’s a good price or not. It was made fairly local, so no shipping costs.
Pnora is correct. You’re probably trying to compress the pump arm spring while the arm is on the lobe of the cam. If you rotate the engine you should get off of that “fuel pump lobe” and have an easier time installing the pump
I use 20W60 with a huge amount of zinc in it. 80 pounds of oil pressure at idle!!!
