    I put the dash in my 1968 Charger today and there was no way I could get the dash in with this rod attached. The rod was in the way of the tick tock tach. Is there some way you know of to get the dash in with this rod?

    I am in the process of doing my first 727 rebuild. The failure that caused the need for the rebuild was in the clutch pack with the belleville spring, the spring broke in half and fried the clutches and even toasted the plastic spacer. I assume the converter is full of junk friction material...
