    Camber bolt - which one?

Agree, same part #s. And it's the slot that dictates the range of adjustment. I'd prefer originals myself. Just a side note; don't buy this garbage. QA1 should be ashamed of themselves, and I rarely say bad stuff about part suppliers

    How Long Would You Wait?

If they don't contact you within a day and do something to make it right, throw them under the bus. All consumers have a right to know about a poor vendor. My last 2 Challengers I restored I would wait for months for parts to arrive, then half the time the stuff was junk and I'd just throw it...

When assembling a big block, how crucial is THIS ?

I think you're fine. But if you are worried about it (even a little) just knock it out and put in another one. They're like $5 right? Easy to get to now. Very hard to get to later. Remember to use sealant.

    Camber bolt - which one?

I'm sure those bolts are the same. The holes in the washers are over about as far as they can go, just like the factory ones. One is probably degrees for one bolt, the other is for the pair, plus some rounding.

    max wedge dog dish question

The caps you want aren't aftermarket. They're early A-body. They have a similar pattern to the 10" caps but are a 9" cap. E-berg had an article about it in Mopar Action years ago. He runs them on his '62 Plymouth.
