If the Coronet 500 that I recently sold had, had the side molding, I would have kept it. It was long gone when I bought the car. @R413 is correct, all 500's came with the trim.

No need for torque specs here, tighten until the mufflers and pipes don't move. If you have an exhaust leak you tighten some more.

No need for a block off, leave it as is. You can buy a valley pan gasket with a block off for the heat crossover.

I can't read the date codes, but the drivers side is a 67 only piece. I believe the passenger side is correct for 67-69.

Welcome from Alabama, 383's are under estimated IMO. Built right they make great HP, good torque and turn a lot more rpms before they break.
