Why fuss ? Use studs. Eliminates the problem. Except on some header configurations, studs are not possible on one or two holes. Then use a sealer on the bolt.

MP .528 isn't a huge cam. If its closer to a 3000 stall 3.55s are likely needed to keep it from slipping at cruising speeds. If it is closer to 2400, 3.23s would be ok. That also depends on how the convertor is set up for driving.
I put what I call a " Trap Line " out. simple traps in the shop and carports. I have about 7.
