“Video” Another Possible Hydraulic Roller Lifter Failure?

Good point. Might want to get the rocker shaft off and check the valve heights. Just another possibility if that valve is stuck down for some reason like a loose seat or foreign object.

    Axel refuses to come out

Great advice above. Yes heat moves metal. Loosen the nugget, you only need a 1/4" of movement, but they hang up on the studs some.

“Video” Another Possible Hydraulic Roller Lifter Failure?

Either the hyd portion is collapsed? Or more likely the roller wheel experienced a failure

“Video” Another Possible Hydraulic Roller Lifter Failure?

Well if the adjuster screw is tight its either a stuck lifter or the roller is toast. Time to pull the intake.

What is the smallest car you have owned?

His spot was at the end of the row, with a curb in front of and on the right side of the car. We'd often pick the car up and turn it...

A Rare Cursing of Ma Mopar - and Praise for My Wife, Who Stepped Up! Ed story time...

Amen. you know, now that I think about it, it did surprise me a bit how she took the tools I handed her, listened to what needed done and got up under there and fought it through... It occurred to me I hadn't really ever seen her operate ratchets and such, yet there she was, wrenching away. I...
