    9 inch rear end swap

...seems like a lot of mucking about for a street car...craigslist is a good start http://lafayette.craigslist.org/ptd/5482288971.html There are multiple 8-3/4 that will fit and no need to be adapting this to that... Even with a free' 9" to start with you will be making a new driveshaft and...

Help picking which NEW HEMI for swap

I'll second the vote for HotWire for wiring harness. You might want to call them and tell them what you have in mind and get suggestions for year/make/model since there are some major differences in the harness vs oem equipment requirements.

73 Charger SE 400-4 speed with A/C does anyone know...?

Actually, near zero rust on this car. Some sheet metal damage but I even have a spare ¼ panel and hood that came with it along with a small collection of misc parts. Since I know that it will be quite awhile until I get to the "cleaning and fixin" part, I'll offer it for sale if anyone is...

73 Charger SE 400-4 speed with A/C does anyone know...?

Thanks. I'll poke around a bit more to see if that number stands up. At that number it is still worth saving as I'll guess that 90% are gone by now.

    exhaust manifold 440 roadrunner

I'll give this a bump. IIRC, the 74 may be different from earlier models due to the change in front suspension...someone else may be able to confirn, or deny... I might be able to get a pic or two of the manifolds on my 73 if that helps, but as before...

Here's my new wheels 73 Roadrunner

My 73 still has the old F70-14 Firestone Super Sports and with the 3.55 it spins 3000 at 60mph. This web site has a decent calculator: http://richmondgear.com/101032.html

74 Roadrunner Headmen Headers and starter

Two thoughts to consider... •There are two sizes of mini starter, about an inch difference in length. Hopefully you have the long version and can switch. •IIRC, most headers are designed for the B-body configuration and your 74 actually has a C-body style front suspension/k-frame....close...

    camshaft base circle diameter

1.85 sounds pretty big... Instead of worrying about the pre-load, or lack there of, why not just install adjustable rockers or adjustable pushrods? With adjustment available you get to make the preload exact on each lifter. ...shameless plug....we sell adjustable pushrods for virtually any...

    1975 440 hp rating?

Apparently my experience with MH engines differs from the above... Truck engines are a vastly different breed and often the MH are lumped together with the trucks but are in fact closer related to the pass car. The MH cylinder heads are not the same as the truck 413/440, but may have exhaust...
