15X8 rear 15x7 front 245 / 60-15 will look ok?

Happy to report this combo works perfectly no rub no bottom out, and plenty of room.

sweet JB! looks killer!

*i may have to steal this idea for me own ride*

btw, are those Ansen slots i see there??

I'm glad it worked for you:icon_thumright:...the tire and wheel at the front of your car looks bigger than what you but on in the picture?

Bigman, where should I look if I was interested in a set of 15X8 steel wheels. Thinking about a set of Hoosiers.

there full of ****. you can fit a 275 tire on the front with no rub but unless you got power steering be a dog to turn. its all about the right backspacing.

absolute biggest you can fit with no mods is a 305 rear and a 275 front

I have 235/70R15 on 15x7 with 4" backspace on the front and they rub ever so slightly on my 69 GTX.

JB, are those the 15x8 with 4.5" backspacing you were talking about in an earlier post? It would be good to know for sure since you've already gone to the trouble of trying them out.

Looks good, BTW.
