Just went to the shops for coffee and what did I find, but this beautiful Imperial. I hung around as long as I could to chat with the owner but he was nowhere to be found. Just as well I live in a safe neighborhood. It's just too beautiful not to share.

Wow, that is wild to see. Its rare to see one of them around here, but just randomly in new Zealand. What are the odds

Sweet! My old man had a '59, a '61, and a '63, that were the coolest land yacht's on the road. No fun to work on though, check out how small the hood is and how much fender you have to work over.

Chargerjase , did it have a.... 413, 2X 4bbl?:eusa_think:
Sorry Sonny, I would have loved to chat to the owner but he was was nowhere to be found. He was probably in the coffee shop laughing at how many people were admiring his car.

Should have popped the hood to take a peek. I bet the owner would have showed up right quick!

Those are great cars. I attended the Charles Kee auction a few weeks ago and reignited my itch for owning some Exner era iron.
