1968 Charger ****

This car beckoned me to bring it home, and being the weak man that I am, I did. 38,000 original miles & mostly original paint. It even has the original water & fuel pumps. Engine & transmission have never been out. Lots of dealer paperwork & it even came with the original heater hoses and belts, although not on the car now.

NICE ! and look at that, the negative cable is even under the throttle spring bracket! Can you please confirm.. star washer or just a stamped pattern in the bracket under the bolt head??!

Lotta nice 68's in this thread.... I've owned a couple 70 R/T's just cause they fell in my lap, woulda rather had a 68 or 69 but it's not how it happened.... At this point I'm gonna have to settle for my 68 Coronet R/T..

Yeah, I know the 70 has it's following but it never was my favorite... Don't get me wrong, I like them, I bought two of them... But I prefer the 68 and 69 both over the 70....

I like the 68 best for it's exterior styling, and the 69 or 70 best for the interior...

I like and own examples of all three years,but the 70 is my personal favorite. Nice score on the 68 R/T RC,now don't go ruining it with those steel wheels,and goofy dog dish hubcaps!

The funny thing with that car too Mark, is it was originally purchased in Brockport NY which is super close to me in Buffalo NY. That is pretty cool man! To have a car like that survive the Northeast weather is amazing in itself. That car was truely babied.
