Top notch all the way!!!
Thanks Hawk. I remember joining FBBO in 2016 and seeing your car build as I was looking for any information I could find on 1970 Roadrunners. I would look at it for guidance and the whole time think I will never get there, but now am inching closer to completion. Thanks for answering my questions starting with wheel and tire size as well as other things.
Just read through your build. Very nice!
SUPER, SUPER, SUPER!It’s alive........Stopped this morning and picked up 10 gallons of non ethanol 93 before heading over to the shop. After a couple of weeks wiring everything up and getting a few other things wrapped up it was the big day. Installed battery, filled radiator and put a little fuel in the center carburetor. On the third cranking attempt she woke back up from her slumber. All my gauges seem to be reading correct, but have a few lighting issues to work out. Couldn’t be happier and I need a bit of Garage Joy after this last week

The door glass is finally installed and a few other small things done. The passenger side is adjusted, but still tweaking the drivers side a bit. The new felts in the channels made the roll up/down really tight.

Fully agree!@tnfastback
That rascal is looking so very nice! Between you and @Beekeeper Scott's efforts, there will soon
be some properly gorgeous b-bodies repping FBBO from this neck of the woods.
Fully agree!
Every part of this car is gorgeous!
Looking good and getting close to done!
If you used reproduction plastic sliders on the felt between the window and vent frame, they are too big and make the window hard to roll up/down. Re-using the old sliders with new felt is the way to go.
