1971 Dodge Charger Hemi 4spd (Not Mine)

The higher end cars always came with full wheel covers, rally or road wheels,,,,,
I have to disagree with this statement. I know there are plenty of Hemi and SixPack cars that have broadcast sheets showing they came with steel wheels and dog dish caps. The B5 blue 71 Hemicuda convertible that sold for $3.5 million, seven years ago, is one of them. If that car is not high end I don’t know what is.

I'm sorry I should have said MOST of the time, as you have proven there is at least one documented car, and probably more. But the question still remains what did this charger come with??? Noooooobody knows???

There is no mystery here.. Car came with the wheels and tires that are on it. 15x7 steel, dog dish, G60-15 Polyglas GT tires. Look at all the documentation that is shown with the car. The seller also states he has the broadcast sheet for the car (though he hasn’t provided a photo of it).

It is a Mr. Norms car.. I highly doubt Mr. Norm would sell a Hemi Charger to somebody with fugly full wheel covers on the 15 x 7 steel wheels.. I also have no doubt that if you were seriously interested in this car and were to examine the broadcast sheet, you would find that the wheels and wheel caps, currently presented on this car, are the same type it left the factory with. It’s possible it may have even had brushed trim rings in addition to the center caps when new.

My Hemi Charger came with the 14 inch steel wheel and 70 series from the factory. I'm sure that was to keep costs down a bit for the buyers that would almost immediately install bigger mags and tires anyway. The 15's looked much better in the huge wheelwells.
