Got it on the ground by end of day. Ran into a problem with the front wheels not being able to make full contact. Luckily had a spare set from a previous bad decision race car that will bolt up. Makes it a mix/match on front and back, but it's safe and it works. Added benefit of being 7lbs lighter. The overall front brake setup is 23lbs lighter per side, giving us 60lbs off the front. Got brake lines made and now it's time to break in the new rear end. Nephews will drive it from my Dads to my house which is a couple of miles. It has mufflers and I tagged and insured it this week . We had more we wanted to get done this week, but just ran out of time. Dad will be gone all next week, may rewire it then. Tying the frame will have to wait at least another week. For now, it's off the Rockingham this weekend for Mopar day to shake it out. At some point I need to get in the car, but my real life is in the way currently. Have a big antique firearm auction this weekend I have to run. Getting closer to my racing debut!
