NASCAR still won't let him race {he's messed up allot} , I smell a lawsuit coming...
BUT something doesn't seem right here, by both/either parties,
IMHFO NASCAR was just waiting to get rid of him, because of old media issues
or him being critical of NASCAR Officials, media coverage & it's ownership...

& the other Checkers or Wreckers "Rowdy" Kyle
with a compound fracture/broken ankle ribs & leg,
from slamming into the wall that had no safer barrier IIRC...

After a suspension following allegations of domestic violence, Kurt Busch has had his ban lifted by NASCAR...and NASCAR waived the requirement that a driver has to participate in all of the season events in order to be able to particpate in the Chase if he qualifies.

"probably" have cooler heads now,
knee jerk reactions sometimes it seems,
he was already convicted in the public's eyes by the media
{don't get me wrong if he "actually" is a woman beater, he should be punished}
not "actually" knowing what is actually said, by any parties on either accounts
he wasn't charged, so it was inevitable or probably a big a$$ lawsuit was coming...

I wonder what the police report actually said & why there wasn't enough evidence
or if there's something else we all don't know, that none of the parties are talking about...

the Hitman part of Kurt's accusation makes me wonder, WTF...LOL

Like I said before NASCAR has had it out & a hard on for Kurt for years now,
Just tried making an example of him IMVHFO, it went wrong on them...

they'll watch him even closer now, you know all that "crow" tastes like chit

Did anybody catch the stat that Mike Joy threw out about the difference in distance around Fontana? Because Fontana is so wide, the difference around the top of the track is 400-feet longer per lap than around the bottom of the track. If you could get enough grip down at the bottom of the track to keep your speed up, your race would be 15 miles shorter than a driver who ran the entire race at the top of the track (based on a 400-mile race). That's pretty amazing.
