Quick question for everyone We got a secondhand three speed wiper motor off a guy in the US. Our one in pic has nut on it (ours is on right) The US one is on the left and spins true (small cycles) while ours spins off centre (bigger cycles) is there a difference? We have a 69 Charger. The US wiper motor is off a 68 Charger.
Thanks for your help

My 69 is like yours on the right. Not sure on your left one. Is there a part number on it?

Look at the one on the left. It’s the 68 Prestolite. The stud mount won’t fit you arm assembly proper without modification. Look closely. I ran into this once while my 70 part number 116 was being rebuilt. I had to grind that stud to fit my linkage swing arm on the 68 model year motor I had in parts stash

Thanks for your reply. I think I've figured out its not going to be an easy modification for myself. I'll look for a decent priced 69 one instead and maybe sell the 68 to recoup some money.

After chatting to a few different people, I think its become apparent that I can't easily fit this to my 69. I might sell my 68 one and recoup some money and try and find a 69 wiper motor. Thanks for your reply.
