If it's round just polish it. If not cut it .010. You'll never find another set of .002 bearings if you have an issue. I wouldn't worry about a .001 under crank either, just run it loose. Mine has .004 mains, .003 rods. 60 psi@1200 rpm. Loose hurts nothing, only you will know. If it's to tight everyone will know.
