Hello All, Well Found the built sheet not the best of shape but I have one. Here a few pictures of the engine that was found about a hour from me.The old race car has some injurys to the dash back in the day they cut the dash to put other gauges in .O well out with the old .Stay tuned. Dave L
Hey Sonny Black, Looking at your engine. You did a real nice job. Mine will look like that someday I hope. The fun part about rebuilding is finding deals, but everyone knows having a mopar isnt cheap.Keep up the good work after all it all about having fun and saving mopars. Dave L
I had a 426 Wedge that I swapped into my '72 Challenger years ago. It got a new rings and bearing "rebuild" with stock 906 heads, old Torker intake, 750 Holley, headers, small solid cam, 3.91s. I only took it the strip a couple times. It ran a best of 12.82 at 107.
Hey 67 Satty,First off my favorate color is blue, that challenger looks good and also stands good. You had a nice car there. How about sharing some pictures of that satellite. My friend Wayne G had one 67 satellite 383 -4 speed when I was growing up.He pounded that car all you heard was him pulling gears and laying rubber. What a great time he had.I stood on the curb watching him and enjoying every second.Dave L

Hello,I'm back at it.the rear end was removed sent for sanblasting.I continue to scrape under coating.Dave L
I now like the B Bodies better than the E Bodies. My Satellite launches better than my Challenger did, easier to drive, more head room, bigger backseat, bigger trunk.
That looks really cool. Wish I could find a 1965 Savoy for my 426 Street Wedge or that right there would be just fine. How much? LOL, just joking. LMSAO, Hahahahaha. GLWTB and keep posting some pics too please?
Hello All, I just got home from carlisle.I had a good time looking for parts. The worst was I forgot my cell. My close friend Denny M has a 1968 hemi charger B7 blue with white interior, he has done A1 job on his restoration He had his car on display and trying to stay in contact with me was almost impossible I asked a few mopar guys if I could use ther phone to contact Den. Mopar people are so understanding and had no problem helping me.I will post some pictures of the goodies we found.Dave L

Hello all, I decided to take a little break from that under coating.I took my handy danty moulding ,and windshield rubber loosing tool and went at it. The moulding went fine and then came the windshield spraying WD as I went alone the rubber getting the lock apart. At this point I had to make a dission cut the rubber a save the wind shield or try to save both. You guessed it I chose the wrong Idea. The wind shield had a few marks but good for a driver.Another set back I broke it After all its all about having fun and saving old Mopars Dave L
Hello All, I have been doing one to two hours a day trying to get the under coating off.My friend Bruce Dunlap came over to visit and took a little break from the scraping. He helped me get the doors off.The scraping is slow I would say Im about half way. This job is taking longer then I expected, taking into consideration very hot temps, sixty years young, and no lift. After all its all about fun and saving old mopars. Dave L
Great project there Dave. I've learnt that everything takes longer than and costs double that expected. Doing what you are doing is like competing in a marathon, it's not a sprint to the line. It's about enjoying the journey and celebrating the milestones. Knowing Bill O would be a great asset to you too! Good luck and I'll be keeping an eye out on progress. Cheers - Frank
Hi All,I got a few hours of work done on the under coating.I thought I would share the progress. My friend Don Carnell and his wife Dianne stops to shoot the breeze he is a car person that enjoys mopars.Keep restoring Dave L
Hello all, I thought I would give you people a little break from my boring under coating scaping. Here is a 1963 cushman super silver eagle that I restored a few years back. The old cushman had a complete rebuild including 3/8 stroke crank a balanced engine, ported head, special made cam shaft, custom exhaust. These up dates took away the boring top speeds of 55mph.The cushman also has custom made wheels and high speed tires for safety. We can now cruise easily 75mph with keeping up with traffic.Im considing sellig this to fund the Dodge.I thought I would share this before its gone.
Hello nomax, Thanks for that. How about posting some pictures of your ride.I like to see other people hard work as well. Dave L
