I have a 440 laying in my 1971 charger.
Right now I have a mopar wedge intake. But I am hooking up a ram charger hood. And I have run into major clearance problems.
I know I can use a edelbrock performer intake, not the rpm, just the regular performer. But it is a spread bore. I have heard of people using square bore carbs on this particular intake. Has anyone on here done this?
Thanks guys! And if you don't mind. I would love to see pics of all them ram charger and air grabber hoods out there!!

Like the rpm performer. On the 69, the hood JUST closes with both drop base air cleaner and Power Bulge hood. Maybe apples/oranges.

I saw another thread about this within the last 6 months or so. Try an advanced search.

BTW, I have an Edelbrock on a stock intake with buldge hood 69 Coronet.
