440 rocker arm shaft

was working on my 440 had the valve covers off I noticed I didn’t put one of the (rocker arm shaft sepator washer on. That let’s one intake and exhaust rocker move side to side I’m going to put one on. but was curious what if any problem it could had on the motor running? it’s been that way for at least 2yrs. You are probably OK to just add the spacer. The only thing I can think that might have gone wrong is "side loading" the pushrods, so check those two pushrods (clean them & roll them on a mirror) to make sure they didn't get bent while it's apart. Maybe take a look at the "push rod cup" of those two rocker arms also to see if the wear is a lot more than the other rockers.
