440 to 512 stroker or your thoughts please

How about a 505 from a 440 RB factory block? Definitely using TF240s and maybe have Wilson mod my aluminum 6bbl intake to port match and maybe Jim Laroy can lend me some intake runner mods I can pass along to Wilson. Already have Promax modded Holley carbs. Must have 3x2 of "something" so if EFI I would likely go to the more flexible F&B direct port injection 3x2 system. The best ignition system I can buy, whether it's carbs or TBI. Solid rollers per Jim's command. I'm not worried about occasionally having to check/set lash, but I am concerned about longevity of the lifters, so I want a roller that I don't have to worry about changing out. I like the sound of a choppy cam if that can get me to around 600 HP and I really would like to see 650 ft lbs of torque. Also I need to be able to turn enough RPMs to cross the stripe in 4th gear w/4.10 ring and pinion gearset. Tires are around 28" diameter now, but that can change. I have .70 5th gear for off track highway use.

Forget the pick a choppy cam syndrome
get the right cam and let the choppy be what it is
your but dyno and efficiency (mileage) will thank you
