My 64 440 is an ac car. Would like to see pics of a non ac firewall. Car has been a hotrod for past 25-30 years, got it apart doing alot of changes and might want to fill in some air holes into interior.
Thanks
Tim

Here is my 64 Plymouth that was a race car for 35 years, also have restoration pics here. Ron Luks20150721_165949.jpg20150421_145423.jpg

I used some of these to plug the holes on my 64 race car. They are plugs for electrical junction boxes and come in many sizes. They are steel and easy to install. They have smooth beveled edges and can be painted. When painted and installed, they are almost invisible.
Also, for you guys that have race cars see NHRA General Regulations 7:4.
“All holes in firewall must be sealed with aluminum or steel. In certain instances, fiberglass, carbon fiber, or other composites may be used.”
I’ve never heard of anyone failing tech because of rubber firewall plugs but you never know.

A couple of pics of the firewall. On my project I used the space under the dash where the heater box was for my electrical.
