why people think if they own a 2nd gen charger worth it's weight in gold? that poor charger barely stand in one piece, is . a 68 but be the owner must realize that your gonna spend another 25 k in parts
People have made this no fun for the broke.. I remember back in the middle 80's my brother had a 70 bee, a 69 satellite and a 69 charger. He bought the Bee for 500 bucks. Forget what he paid for the Satellite. I do remember he paid a mexican guy 500 for the charger. It was a bondo bucket but it had a 383 in it he needed for the Bee. Also the rear end, trans and engine from the charger were used for the bee.
Funny thing, all three cars were Orange. He ended up getting 300 back from the mexican guy because the steering came loose at highway speed and my brother nearly wrecked it. The guy felt bad and gave him some cash back. Those were the days..
as far as the 25k goes, maybe he meant the car Behind that charger..the race car.
looks to be another charger?

also yellow, and looking a helluva lot better than the rustbucket.

Lol, I was thinking the same thing when I saw this. 25k in parts? Give me a break. I want a Charger to restore for my dad since he sold his long ago but the cost people want is stupid.
