68 Fury conv w/ factory 4 speed

There is a 68 Fury for sale in my area its listed as a factory 4 speed which according to what I've seen is only 1 of around 40 made? If that is the case what is the VIN code or fender tag code to verify that and what is the value of a restored one? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
