I put a 68 426 Hemi in my 69 RR (383) car a number of years ago, I used the 68 RR K frame and headers, it has manual drum brakes so no issues with the master cly., it has factory chrome valve covers and the round chrome air cleaner. It was pretty much straight forward, just like the factory did, no cutting or modifications. 426 Hemi, 4 speed with 488's can be a handful on the street.
Depending on your end intent if your "Cloning" or just want a Hemi Powered driver etc. you can add the torque boxes, Dana, Bigger torsion bars if you like but not a must, unless your going to abuse the snot out of it.
