69 Charger. 426 Hemi. EFI E85

I modified the valve covers by welding the passenger breather shut and putting a stand off/oil fill on the drivers for the vacuum pump fitting.

Also drilled for bolts/threaded spacers for mounting of the ford coyote coils.

Made a support bracket for the vacuum pump and alternator.

Didn't like the aluminum look of vacuum pump relief valve so now has one of the old breathers over it.

Ended up buying TTI headers, welded in o2 bungs and having them ceramic coated in "titanium" color.

Did a compression test out of curiosity as well.

Haha, well thanks, much appreciated! Anyone can do what I did. Not hard, just time consuming :)

Pfft,

To hell with the car. Lets see your garage lol. What a work shop.

Nice build

Really nice build, love the work on the intake!

Thanks guys!

Not much more to see of the garage really, it's just a basic pole barn I did some slight modifications to.

Only way I can work efficiently. I think easy to keep clean because I painted the floors (mops easily) and I don't use the work area for storage. (well, more than I'm currently working on). Once random things intrude upon your work space clutter compounds quickly.

A few more pics if interested. Everything fitting well :) Also I wired up an output from the EFI to use the hood turn signal lights also as shift lights.

Using the Hood turn lights as shift lights is a really cool idea! Me like..

SOOO bad to the bone. Good job on it. looks swell. NO one will catch ya with that one. LOL. Grate bud.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I am gleaning ideas for my challenger from this build. Looks great, you will love the Holley, I put that **** on everything! Lol.

For exhaust, I bought a "stainless" system from ebay a while back. It's not stainless and not entirely sure it was made for this car. Had to cut up every part of it to make it fit. Used some 3.5in bends from the headers, reduced to dual 3in near the crossover. Pypes "race pro" mufflers (which despite their name I find to be quiet), and stock style tips from Accurate exhaust.

All coated in the same finish as the headers.

Also made some brackets to mount the Spal fans to the radiator.
